2026 年规模Scale in 2026官网原文：来自全国及美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、新加坡、马来西亚等国家的 1962 所院校／校区、89,516 队（本科 80,909 队、高职高专 8,607 队）、26 万多人报名参赛。In the official wording: 1,962 institutions and campuses and 89,516 teams (80,909 undergraduate, 8,607 vocational-college) — over 260,000 students — from China and from the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore and Malaysia.
分组Divisions竞赛章程原文：「竞赛分本科、高职高专两组进行」。The charter states that the contest runs in two divisions: undergraduate, and vocational/junior college.
赛题编号Problem lettering惯例是本科组 A／B／C 题、专科组 D／E 题。官网赛题页只提供 ZIP 附件、正文无题目文字，因此这一对应关系未能在官网核实，本页按惯例呈现。By convention the undergraduate division answers A, B or C and the vocational division D or E. The official problem pages provide only ZIP attachments with no text, so this correspondence is not verifiable on the site and is given here as convention.
参赛资格Eligibility
- 每队不超过 3 人，须属于同一所学校。No more than three students per team, all from the same school.
- 每队最多可设一名指导教师或教师组。Each team may have at most one supervising teacher, or one teaching group.
- 本科生参加本科组；专科生可参加专科组，也可参加本科组。Undergraduates enter the undergraduate division; vocational-college students may enter either their own division or the undergraduate one.
- 研究生不得参加。Postgraduate students may not enter.
- 指导教师赛前可以辅导，竞赛期间不得以任何方式指导；违规教师两年内不受理其报名申请。A supervisor may coach beforehand but may not give any guidance during the contest; a teacher found in breach cannot register teams for two years.
网络上流传的「每队 1–3 人」「鼓励不填写指导教师」等说法出自非官方转载的通知，本页未能在官网核实（官网第一次通知为图片版 PDF，文字无法提取）。以本校赛区组委会的正式通知为准。Claims circulating online — that teams may be "one to three students", or that teams are "encouraged not to name a supervisor" — come from unofficial reposts and could not be verified on the official site, whose first notice is an image-only PDF. Follow your own regional committee's formal notice.
报名方式How to register
这是国赛与美赛最大的流程差异：学生不单独报名。This is where CUMCM differs most from the American contests: students do not register individually.
1由本校组织，经赛区组委会报名Your school registers you, through the regional committee竞赛章程原文：「各赛区组委会负责本赛区的宣传及报名」。未建立赛区的院校可直接向全国组委会报名。学生本人不能绕过学校自行报名。The charter states that each regional committee handles publicity and registration for its region. Institutions in regions without a committee may register directly with the national committee. A student cannot register independently of their school.
2通过中国知网系统完成Complete it in the CNKI system官网首页明确：「报名参赛、论文提交请通过中国知网进行」，系统地址 cumcm.cnki.net。The official home page states that registration and paper submission both go through CNKI, at cumcm.cnki.net.
3报名截止与费用问本校Ask your own school about the deadline and the fee报名截止日期与报名费本页未能在官网核实 —— 官网第一次通知为图片版 PDF。网上流传的数字（如全国组委会每队 50 元、各赛区另行收费、某某日期截止）出自非官方转载且彼此不一致。请以本校赛区组委会通知为准。The registration deadline and the fee could not be verified here — the official first notice is an image-only PDF. The figures circulating online (a ¥50 per-team national fee, separate regional charges, various deadlines) come from unofficial reposts and disagree with one another. Take your own regional committee's notice as authoritative.
时间与赛题发布Dates and the release of the problems

交卷Submission惯例为开赛后第 4 天 20:00（2026 年即 9 月 13 日周日 20:00）By convention 20:00 on the fourth day (for 2026, Sunday 13 September)此交卷时刻本页未能在官网文字中核实，仅见于非官方转载；请以本校赛区通知为准。This deadline could not be verified in the official text and appears only in unofficial reposts; follow your regional committee's notice.
获奖名单公布Results published一般于当年 11 月中上旬Usually in the first half of November官网原文「一般于当年 11 月中上旬发布于此」，初稿公示期一周。近年实际：2025-11-18、2024-11-11、2023-11-13。The official wording is that results are posted here in the first half of November, with a week of public inspection. Recent years: 18 Nov 2025, 11 Nov 2024, 13 Nov 2023.
年度惯例是9 月上旬的周四 18:00 至周日 20:00，共约 72 小时，2026 年的赛题发布时刻与这一惯例吻合。但需要说明：「72 小时连续」以及「可查阅书籍、网络、使用软件」这两条常被引用的表述，本页未能在现行官网规则正文中找到明文。实际安排请以官方通知与本校赛区通知为准。The annual pattern is from 18:00 on a Thursday in early September to 20:00 on the Sunday, about 72 hours, and the 2026 release time fits it. But note: the two most-quoted statements — "72 continuous hours" and "books, the internet and software may be used" — could not be found in the current official rules text. Follow the official and regional notices.
参赛规则（2026 年修订稿）Contest rules, 2026 revision
自 2026 年 3 月 1 日起试行。以下为其中最需要注意的几条。In trial use from 1 March 2026. These are the clauses that matter most.
- 严禁与队外任何人交流。规则原文：严禁参赛队员以任何方式与队外任何人（包括指导教师）交流、讨论任何与赛题有关的问题。No communication with anyone outside the team. The rules forbid team members, by any means, from discussing anything related to the problem with anyone outside the team — the supervisor included.
- 禁止在交流平台浏览、发布或讨论赛题内容。No browsing, posting or discussing the problem on any communication platform.
- 禁止抄袭。引用须规范标注，不得大篇幅照抄。No plagiarism. Quotation must be properly attributed, and wholesale copying is forbidden.
- 违规论文无条件取消评奖资格。A paper in breach is unconditionally disqualified from awards.
人工智能工具使用规定（2026 年试行）The AI-tools policy, 2026 trial
这是国赛在 2026 年单列出来的一份新规定。A separate policy document introduced for 2026.
- 不要求使用 AI 工具。Using AI tools is not required.
- 若使用，必须声明，并以 PDF 形式记录：工具名称与版本、用于哪个阶段、提示方式，以及对 AI 输出的采纳、修改与核验情况。If they are used, this must be declared, with a PDF record of the tool's name and version, which stage it was used at, how it was prompted, and what was adopted, modified or verified.
- 核心建模与分析必须由参赛队主导。The core modelling and analysis must be led by the team.
- 隐瞒使用或作虚假声明，取消评奖资格。Concealing use, or declaring falsely, voids eligibility for awards.
这条规定与国际赛事的思路一致：不禁止，但必须留痕。建议从做题第一天起就单独建一个文件记录 AI 的每次使用，而不是在交卷前回忆补写。The approach matches that of the international contests: not forbidden, but fully traceable. Keep a separate log of every AI use from day one rather than reconstructing it before submission.
论文格式规范（2026 年修订稿）Paper format standard, 2026 revision
国赛的格式规定比美赛更细，且前三页是固定的。CUMCM's format rules are more prescriptive than COMAP's, and the first three pages are fixed.

评奖与赛后Awards and what follows
奖项The awards
- 赛区奖：赛区组委会评选本赛区的一等奖、二等奖，也可增设三等奖。Regional awards: each regional committee awards first and second prizes, and may add a third.
- 全国奖：全国组委会从各赛区的优秀答卷中评选全国一等奖、二等奖。National awards: the national committee selects national first and second prizes from the regions' best papers.
- 评奖比例官网未公布 —— 竞赛章程与《全国奖项评阅工作规范》中均无百分比。No award quotas are published — neither the charter nor the national judging standard gives percentages.
评阅是怎么做的How judging works
- 论文随机编号加密，严格执行回避制度。Papers are randomly numbered and anonymised, with a strict recusal rule.
- 评阅时间不少于 3 天。Judging runs for no fewer than three days.
- 拟获本科组一等奖的论文至少 3 人独立评阅，其余至少 2 人。Papers proposed for a national first prize in the undergraduate division are read independently by at least three judges; others by at least two.
- 结果公示一周。Results are posted for one week of public inspection.
特别奖与赞助Special awards and sponsors
官网赞助商栏目现列有高等教育出版社、中国知网、北太天元、SPSSPRO、同元软控、朗新科技集团。关于特别奖：官网仅在一篇 2020 年的 MathWorks 页面中提到设立「MATLAB 创新奖」，每年奖励本科组、专科组各一支使用 MATLAB 的队伍；「SPSSPRO 创新奖」这一名称本页未能在官网核实。另请注意：「华为杯」属于研究生数学建模竞赛，与本赛事无关，不应混为一谈。The site's sponsor section lists Higher Education Press, CNKI, Baltamatica, SPSSPRO, Tongyuan and Longshine. On special awards: the only official mention is on a 2020 MathWorks page describing a "MATLAB Innovation Award" for one undergraduate and one vocational team each year; the name "SPSSPRO Innovation Award" could not be verified on the official site. Note also that the "Huawei Cup" belongs to the postgraduate modeling contest and has nothing to do with this one.
赛后Afterwards
- 获奖名单一般于当年 11 月中上旬发布于官网，公示一周。Results are normally posted on the official site in the first half of November, with a week of public inspection.
- 获奖查询与证书：官网指向教育部「中国大学生在线」平台。Results lookup and certificates: the official site points to the Ministry of Education's "China University Student Online" platform.
- 优秀论文展示同样在该平台。是否标注「未经组委会书面许可请勿转载」，本页未能在官网核实 —— 但转载他人论文前请先确认授权。Selected papers are displayed on the same platform. Whether they carry a "do not reproduce without written permission" notice could not be verified here — but check the permissions before reproducing anyone's paper.
